Maternity  & Newborn 

Hi! Thanks for considering Through the Looking Glass Photos for capturing some of the most precious moments of your life. If you are here, then you know how important it is to select the best for preserving your memories! Documenting babies from belly to first birthday is my passion. I am the areas top newborn and maternity photographer with 10 years of experience. I love getting to know you as you transition to parenthood. Many of my families travel from Kentucky, Knoxville, Greeneville and other surrounding areas for their session!

 

I recommend photographing your maternity session around 30-36 weeks. I have the most extensive collection of maternity gowns, including over 250 designer gowns from Sew Trendy accessories and Silk fairies. Once we have your maternity session scheduled, we will work out a time for a gown fitting. Mommas usually choose 2-3 gowns. Your session will include 30+ digital images with print release. My slots for maternity sessions fill up very quickly, so I recommend booking after your 12 week apptointment. Priority is given to those who book the bundle.

 

For the newborn session, I typically like to have the baby in studio before 2 weeks, though we can do them a little past that if needed. The session will start with the baby wrapped up for poses with mom and dad, each parent individually, and then with siblings. I also get poses of  the siblings with the new baby. These can be either posed or more lifestyle. We will then do a few poses of your baby wrapped in props and different textures. The baby is then unwrapped and photographed in various poses. We may also put your baby in an outfit that we can pick together from my collection. Sessions typically last about 3 hours as we will stop for feedings, soothing, diaper changes, etc. Your completed gallery will include 30+ images.

Maternity & Deluxe Newborn Bundle - $750

$50 retainer will book your spot. The remaining $700 can be spilt and paid at each session. Please let me know what other questions you have! All of TTLG newborns receive priority scheduling for future appointments and a $25 credit on each milestone session.

Maternity

Maternity sessions are done at a location of your choosing. I am happy to help you decide on a location if needed. I recommend photographing your session between 28-36 weeks. I have several maternity gowns available for your session.

Newborns 

I love all the sweet squishy newness that comes with these tiny miracles. I have trained with two of the top Newborn photographers in the industry learning how to safely and beautifully pose those sweet babies. My newborn sessions take place at my downtown studio. I select the perfect props and accessories to compliment your sweet little one based on your color prefrences and style. To ensure I am able to work you into my schedule, I recommend contacting me 2-3 months before your due date. Once we have penciled you in, I will send you an email to help prepare for the session and discuss final details for the session. Newborn sessions are done before the baby is over 14 days old.

 Lifestyle - $295

 This session is done in my all white lifestyle area and is focused on natural interactions of you and your family taking in all the newness of the sweet baby. Most images will be with baby awake with parents/sibling holding the baby.

Milestone Sessions

I offer milestone session for little ones at 3, 6, and 9 months done in my studio. I provide a full selection of clothing for the session.

First Birthday & Smash Cake

I love celebrating first birthdays! The planning and decorating for these sessions is so much fun. I work with you to plan the perfect theme and colors. I also have an amazing cake baker to make the perfect cake to compliment the session. I also have outfits available

Styled Mini Sessions

Throughout the year, I offer various styled mini sessions. The location, theme and fee will be announced at the time of the session. For the most up to date information about my planned mini sessions follow my Facebook page. I always give priority booking to my clients.
